About Tristan
Tristan brings relational, embodied presence to every session. His curiosity is rooted in listening, his warmth grounded in rigorous training, and his clarity shaped by a lifelong commitment to human potential. Grounded, curious, and human—this is how clients describe Tristan. He offers honesty without pressure, encourages gentle experimentation, and holds a spacious field where your story unfolds.

Gestalt therapy is an invitation to notice what is alive in the moment. Therapy begins with the body, the field, and the relationship—each session is an exploration of how you move, pause, and respond. Awareness is the intervention. Presence is the practice.
My approach to therapy means that you lead. You take me on a walk through the forest of your life. I point out the flowers you may have missed, the interesting rock, or get us to stop and listen to the wind in the trees.

I am currently an advanced trainee at The Gestalt Centre, completing clinical hours toward UKCP accreditation. My work is informed by contemporary theory and supported by regular, high-level clinical supervision. This structure ensures every encounter is ethical, curious, and deeply reflective. I practise in Holborn and Camden in Central London.
